The purpose of Norway's Transparency Act is to promote companies’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions and ensure public access to information. The Act imposes a duty of disclosure on enterprises and a duty to conduct due diligence. WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY
At STACK, we prioritize transparency and accountability in all our operations. To uphold these values, we have established a dedicated whistleblowing channel, administrated by Deloitte, that is available to all internal and external parties, including but not limited to employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
